Om corresponds to the original vibration that arose at the time of creation.  The sound rises above all boundaries. Consciously connecting with it allows us to reach the deepest recesses of our spiritual selves.  Blocks and limitations dissolve and we become calm and centered.  The word itself attracts beauty and vitality.

This 2 and a half minute meditation starts out with the Om chant. Please feel free to chant along or just allow the Om to move through you. At the end you will hear Michele speak and then you can sit quietly and continue with your meditation or you can open your eyes and go on with your day. Note that this is an invigorating vibration and is best used at the start of the day or when you feel your energy is lagging. Enjoy and repeat often!
