As we move through our lives it is interesting to note that there isn't an activity or sport that we can do well if we are not living in the present moment.  Imagine playing tennis or basketball and thinking about something else.  Bam, we would get clocked in the head.

There are times in our lives when it seems like the hits keep coming.  When all of a sudden a series of events occur that knocks us to our knees.  A job is lost, the battery goes dead in the car, a tooth cracks, a check bounces and in some cases events occur that are so overwhelming that it takes our breath away.  What can we do when this happens and how do we keep going?
