It can start out as a simple conversation.  You have just come back from a dental appointment with your mouth all swollen and full of stitches.  You are sharing your experience with your friend when all of a sudden the energy shifts and she launches into her dental story and you find yourself in the middle of a tug of war trying to decide whose dental experience is worse, yours or your friends. There is something beautiful about the proper amount of restraint and poise.  These qualities are especially helpful as we move through our lives.  Similar to the reigns that we use to guide a chariot, they allow us to direct our intentions with care and focus.  Who would ever think that it is actually the limits we impose on our lives that can move us toward manifesting our greatest desires.
