Have you ever noticed how much you can get done when avoiding something that you can't really face or don't want to do?  It's fascinating to watch.  Cleaning, making calls, surfing the web or staring mindlessly into the refrigerator all come easy when avoiding a particular task.  Sometimes we have to give ourselves the room to squirm around.  As we squirm we may actually be searching for the right word, sentence or skill that we need to face the task that seems so forbidding or draining.

Sometimes we are unaware of the impression that we are relaying to others.  Many of us have a series of "tells" that we are giving to the world.  They are clues about the way we think, feel and behave.  Often these subtitles are patterns that we project unconsciously that remain below our awareness.  Are these subtitles your friend?  Are they telling the world about your beautiful gifts and talents or are they revealing your fears and limitations?
