Healing Our Hidden Fears (Article)

Have you ever felt a vague sense of unease?  Your heart begins to feel heavy and anxious. You can sense that you are being moved off your center into an unsafe place.  Sometimes our fears are big and loud and sometimes they hide just below our awareness.
